    Although technology/automation my replace some jobs, I have had to build my own robot cleaners to fill positions I cannot fill due to a lack of qualified labor. I believe the rest of the nation my now be experiencing the same issues as pointed out in following articles;
    – June 5, 2018 Wall Street Journal article, “American Job Openings Now Outnumber the Jobless”.
    – August 8, 2018 Wall Street Journal article, “Jobs Go Unfilled as the Economy Expands”.
    I think you will see more and more businesses develop their own technological/automated solutions to these issues.
