On Aug. 1, the Injury Tracking Application will allow employers to electronically submit the required injury and illness data from their 2016 OSHA Form 300A.

OSHA has proposed a delay in the date for the compliance rule requiring employers to submit electronic reports for injury and illness from July 1 to Dec. 1. The delay will give OSHA an opportunity to give the Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses rule further review.
