ProGen Upright Vacuum Wins Gold Award for Excellence in Design

(ST. LOUIS, MO.) ProTeam®, the company internationally recognized for innovative vacuum technology, was honored with a Gold Award for the ProGen® upright vacuum in Appliance Design magazine’s 28th Annual Excellence in Design competition. The competition honors outstanding achievement in innovation, design and functionality with Bronze, Silver, or Gold recognition decided on by a prestigious panel of judges.

“ProTeam invested significant resources to develop an upright with the ease of use and innovative features our customers deserve,” said Vice President of Sales Rich Steinberg. “We are pleased that the panel of judges chose the ProGen upright for the highest honor in the design competition.”

The Excellence in Design competition awards deserving entries in 10 industry categories. Judges from respected industry associations also took into consideration optimized capabilities, environmental footprint, and energy- and cost-savings when deciding the winners. The ProGen upright vacuum will be showcased all year long on Appliance Design's website, along with the other winning designs.
